    http://surfscooter.com/?maska=pin-de-mujeres-solteras-2016&171=e7 Put olive oil (a 1/4 cup’ish), fresh garlic (4-5cloves slivered), 8-13 leaves of basil (chopped), cilantro (as described, a fist full chopped), smoked paprika (if you got it) salt and pepper in a gallon zip lock bag…add skinless/boneless chicken thighs (6-8 depending on size) Let marinade overnight. Mix thoroughly.
    Add 1/4 cup chicken broth, a small basket of cherry tomatoes and 1 1/2 cans garbanzo beans to mix in a 9×13 baking dish.
    Cover in aluminum foil, bake at 400-425 for 25-35 min…..can be longer depending on amount…. If cherry tomatoes are burst, usually done…check thick chicken pieces….I tend to cook covered for 25’ish minutes then uncover for 5-10.

    Pour over steamed rice or fresh pasta…. Kids love it. It also keeps well, so I put it together before I leave for trips and my son eats it a day or two later…..perfect microwave dish. Cover it! (Unless you like cleaning microwave walls and ceilings)
